Expert on the medical market, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He has many years of experience in organizing business structures related to the pharmaceutical industry from scratch. He has fully managed commercialization projects from the “proof of concept” stage to the actual introduction of products to the pharmaceutical market.

He has practical knowledge in the field of management, finance, marketing, as well as intellectual property (IP) protection and certification. For many years, he has been an associate of leading medical universities (Medical University of Warsaw, Medical University of Wroclaw) and scientific institutes (Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy) in the field of research and technology transfer (Technology Transfer Center). He is a co-author of scientific publications, and has participated many times as a speaker at numerous medical conferences. He has practical knowledge of conducting clinical trials. Active in the national key biotechnology cluster.

He took part in numerous trainings and courses in sales techniques, negotiations, quality management in accordance with ISO, coaching. He is a certified Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and ICI Business Coach.
