Bogdan Pukowiec

A finance and investment executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate management, finance, banking, investments, and capital markets. He specializes in growth financing, financial and liquidity management, capital transactions, investment projects, and raising both private capital and public funding.

For seven years, he served as a Member of the Management Board of Totalizator Sportowy, with responsibility for areas including finance, controlling, investments, procurement, and corporate governance. During his tenure, the company experienced a period of significant growth and substantial expansion in the scale of its operations.

His career also includes extensive experience in building, financing, and scaling businesses at different stages of development. He co-founded the venture capital fund FFVC Tech & Gaming, where he served as Chairman of the Investors’ Council and was actively involved in the assessment, selection, and development of investment and technology projects. He has also served on the supervisory boards of numerous public and privately held companies.

Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in capital markets and equity financing. He participated in the preparation and execution of public listings for several dozen companies, primarily on the NewConnect market, and also led the process of taking both an advisory firm and an investment company under his management to the public markets. His experience includes investor acquisition, share offerings, and preparing companies for equity financing.

His professional qualifications include a postgraduate Master of Business Administration degree, certification as an Authorized Adviser in the Warsaw Stock Exchange Alternative Trading System, and the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification in project management
