TINTBIONIC ALGMA
ALGMA is a methacrylated derivative of sodium alginate. Alginate is an anionic polysaccharide which, due to its biocompatibility and biodegradability to non-toxic products, can be successfully used in pharmacy, biomedicine and tissue reconstruction. Preferentially, ALGMA should be used as a blend with other methacrylates as an ingredient improving physical and biological properties of bioinks. We use 1HNMR analysis to measure the degree of metacrylation.
